thread391-255796: PCHE cooler low perfomance due to block

Dear all,
we currently have problem in our PCHE.This exchange has two stream gas:one is  mixed refrigranet  and the other one is end flash gas.
The loop which has the mixed refrigranet has couples of C3 exchangers and sea cooling water exchangers (scw ). One of scw exchangers has a pluged tube and it get loose and allow for scw to enter the mixed refetigerant(MR) during one of the trip(compressor trip) at which scw pressure become high and no pressure from MR gas side. This result in MR contaminated with scw and when the composer restarted the contaminated MR goes through PCHE and got blocked.

I have seen above post and looks there were some sites who got the same problem.Appreciate if they could share their experience in cleaning method.

I would also like to know more about Back puffing method.
thanx in advance.
