FLEXAGON

(OP)
Is it possible to model a Flexagon like http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=4DETMhTC0H0
in Inventor's sheet metal?
I've  tried it in AI2009, when first folding happend, the next one did not work.
Is there anybody out there with experience in paper folding models in AI?

RE: FLEXAGON

Nice video, but for any 3D modeling software, no not really a good way to make this.   This might be better done in AutoCAD just showing differnent steps of the process.
