anyone has a refence for BP tension + moment. i'm confused regarding bearing of plate due to moment.

Attached are a couple examples from CSC Tedds. I cranked up the moment on the Large Moment calc so that it would go into "yield line mode". I believe it refers to the latest edition of the DG1
