Mechancial Completion Checklist

Mechancial Completion Checklist

Mechancial Completion Checklist

(OP)
Hi,

I'm looking for standard checklists for installation / mechanical completion check-ups.
I need these forms in order to define a mechanical completion status, prior to the delivery and (pre-)commissioning of projects for oil and gas industry.

Seperate forms are required for:

- Instrumentation;
- Electric motors;
- Pumps;
- Piping;
- Coolers;
- Heaters;
- Cabling;
- Control panels;
- Diesel engines;
- Generators;
- etc.

Can anybody help me? Are these forms available on the internet? I already tried, but couldn't find anything.

RE: Mechancial Completion Checklist

I think you'll find that most companies would consider these to be intellectual property, so they may be hard to find (for free).

Your best source is probably NETA, now called the International Electrical Testing Association.  They have sample specifications for commissioning services that cover some of the items you have listed.
