Hi,

Previously touched in another thread, can anyone outline the correct procedure/step by step method to adopt in proving a HV 3 phase, 11kV system dead given the system is an unearthed type...? Also can you provide opinions for the above but LV system relative.

I would appreciate your input or thoughts/ways and methods iin which to ascertain a dead system.
