QUESTION: Is there any way I can define a profile and use it for creating multiple bodies (ribs or pads, whatever) in various directions?
EXPLANATION: I need to design a structure just like the image below:

Note that all the ribs have the same square profile. I want to know if is there a simple way to just draw a line between two points and use a defined profile to generate the body, without having to define the sketch plane and drawing the profile again each time.

I don't agree with the PowerCopy method - it would create a new sketch for each member.
I do like Fernando's suggestion of using Assembly Design. Looking at the attached image, I only see 3 unique structural members. So you could make a CATPart file for each unique member, and then instance them into the assembly.
