can anyone tell me what the components of Linde or UOP PSA systems are made from...vessels, piping, valve materials.

we've got a rotary valve made from mild steel that we're about to nickel plate for corrosion resistance.  stainless is the other option, but we'd like to compare our solutions with what else is used out there in industry.

The gas streams we'd be passing through our valves would be coke oven gas, natural gas, or hydrogen rich streams.  with the presence of nasties, and H2O saturated streams the potential for corrosion is quite possible, so we're curious what other companies are doing to deal with this...economically.

any help would be appreciated.  thanks.
