How to make a new component properties in PRO II

How to make a new component properties in PRO II

How to make a new component properties in PRO II

(OP)
Dear Sir/Madam

I have to use pro II to get how much the vapor volume will be flashed in the Tank PSV relief load case.

Ex.

1. component : heavy organic
2. MW = 72.5 mole weight
3. Tank normal operating pressure=7" wc(in H2O), operating temperature=120F
4. Normal liquid flow into tank = 50 GPM(Gallon per min)
5. PSV set pressure = 12.5" wc
6. relief pressure / temperature = 14" wc / 120F

But, after I finished input all the data in Pro II, it give me the error message (in the following)

vapor pressure correlation data is required but missing for component 1
ideal gas enthalpy correlation data is required but missing for component 1
vapor thermal conductivity correlation data is required but missing for component 1
vapor viscosity correlation data is required but missing for component 1
liquid thermal conductivity correlation data is required but missing for component 1
liquid viscosity correlation data is required but missing for component 1
Surface tension correlation data is required but missing for component 1.
For thermodynamic method set 'srk01' the critical temperature is missing for component 1
For thermodynamic method set 'srk01' the critical pressure is missing for component 1.

It seems the enthalpy formation, critical temperature seems to be required to key in the component properties of PRO II

,but I don't know the exactly formation of this heavy organic.

Could any pro help me out in this situation?

Thank you so much.
