How about the engine maintenance manual. If you don't have one the nearest dealer will be glad to sell you one.

Is this not a function of bolt size? Try the net on recommended torque values. Not rocket science here boys!

The interenet is full of references and specs for Mitsubishi engines.

It is better to have enough ideas for some of them to be wrong, than to be always right by having no ideas at all.

Tight as you can go, then one more time around.

No No No.  Tighten until it gets loose then back off 1/4 turn.
