Is this allowed? Happy 2012 to everyone.

'Tis the moment for good cheer,
As we start a new year.
So let us all in 2012,
Technical questions delve.

With answers galore,
I'm sure there will be more.
Simple and complicated
Intelligent and educated.

So thanks one and all,
For the cry and the call,
for the help and request.
For the answers with zest.

So where ever you are
Sometimes near or sometimes far
Let's crack out the whips.
Hurrah for Eng-tips!

RE: Quick poem!

There was an engineer in Brazil
A smart guy with a feel-
ing for drives
He had twenty wives
So he visited ET to chill

I am so sorry. I really cannot any better. Not so sure about number of wives - or Brazil either, but I think we communicated about wire drawing machines somewhere in South America.

Anyhow - Happy New Year to all of you!

Half full - Half empty? I don't mind. It's what in it that counts.
