Carbon steel welded pipe

Hi All
I'm revamping a plant where lots of other companies did similar
works in the last years, applying their own piping spec. In general I'm seeing they applied similar standards and materials, while API 5L Gr.B PSL2-SAW or ASTM A672 Gr.B60 Cl.12-EFW or ASTM A672 Gr.B55 Cl.13-EFW has been applied on pipe starting from 16" (or 26" for others). Which of these material do you think is the better option for general process service at 150/300 LB?
Thanks
