Hi, anybody can help me?
I know than the 3A table define the minimum thickness for a ball valve but I have a supplier who wants to justify me than the minimum thickness + CA is obteined according to Appendix B, I mean using the equation the table 3A is approx 50% over thickness for the calculation ( 2,5 mm ) for class less than 2500, so if the CA required is 3mm, they said the final thickness is the table showed + 0,5.
Is it correct?
In my opinion the right answer must be the table value + 3mm ( CA )
Can anybody put me in the right way ?
Thanks a lot.
