Column Interaction Diagrams

Column Interaction Diagrams

(OP)
Hello,

Does anyone know where I can find a interaction diagram (curve) database where I can find interaction diagrams for different strength of concrete and steel. Or if someone can help me find a good program or website that can draw interaction diagrams or let me input the column data and give me the optimal reinforcement ratio.

Thanks :D

RE: Column Interaction Diagrams

CRSI used to publish handbooks that gave column allowables at all the points of interest (no compression, no moment, balance point, etc.) for a myriad of combinations of shape, concrete allowables and reinforcing. I'm not sure they're kept up to date anymore, but you can easily assemble the curves from these tables.

RE: Column Interaction Diagrams

CRSI / ACI handbooks. Also most of the text books on concrete design provide interaction diagrams.
I am sure if you Google, you would find some design aids.
