NX 7.5 Label 2d Dimensions

NX 7.5 Label 2d Dimensions

We are switching to NX from I-Deas.  In I-Deas we could add balloon labels to our dimensions in drafting and the software would auto Increment the numbers.  We would use this for doing the Quality Control balloons for quality.

Is there a way to set this up in NX the same way.  I found we can use identification symbols but we have to manually put in each number as we place each symbol.  What could be done in NX to be able to "QC balloon" our prints with just selecting each dimension, note and or comment and get automatic increment numbering similar to I-deas.

Please see JPEG to show what I am wanting these balloon label numbers to look like.

RE: NX 7.5 Label 2d Dimensions

Just realized that I left some of my 'test' code in place. Comment out the lines that start with lw.WriteLine by placing a single quote before the line and the listing window won't bother you with useless (to you) information.

eg

CODE

lw.WriteLine(...
to

CODE

'lw.WriteLine(...

Done it seemed to work a little faster when I did that.  thanks again that program worked great.
