VIEW BOUNDRY BREAKE SHAPE- NX 7.5

Hi,

How could I create  a view with boundary shape like the one created in the attachemnt?(It simulate a break symbol)

Thanks

RE: VIEW BOUNDRY BREAKE SHAPE- NX 7.5

The 'broken view' will produce what you want. If you search for 'broken view' in the drafting help, it will give you a good overview of what it is and how to use it.

RE: VIEW BOUNDRY BREAKE SHAPE- NX 7.5

I would suggest that you try using...

Insert -> View -> Broken...

...but instead of defining two end sections while removing the center, instead just define a single center section removing the two ends, as seen below:

To an Engineer, the glass is twice as big as it needs to be.

John,

I can't follow your option, but I'd love to learn it.
Could you send me a sample and step-by-step direction, please?...

Thanks
