Hello:

I´m working on a sequentially coupled thermal-mechanical analysis in an abaqus runing on Linux. I need to run the themal job and latter the mechanical job sequentially and automatically. Also i would like to submit a few diferents thermal-mechanical pairs, each one with diferents properties or geometry. How can i do this? i read in the web that an script is needed to do this but i don´t know how to write it (im no familiarized with the language). Can you help me??

Dear Nilcolaf,

Why don't you try to analyze your model at two steps?

The steps should be as follows:
Initial>Step 1 (thermal analysis)>Step 2 (mechanical analysis)
