Dear Brothers
i am HVAC Engineer supervising the whole system with 4 chillers capacity of each chiller 276.2 ton. 3 secondary(187 m3/h)& 4 primary pumps distribution(closed loop),38 AHU's ,8 HRU's and 45 FCU's.
last summer i faced the problem can't maintain the comfortable temperatures.temperature remain high more than 27c'.
mechanical maintenance of each unit is ok how i can check the ideal gpm of each unit..i have data supply&return air&water temperature of each unit and cfm of each unit?
how i can find the ideal set pressure of the whole system bc i didn't have designing data?
also we are going to do new contract with our supplier and manufacturer of all units for maintenance any format related to contract so that i can cover all the maintenance issue
plz do some help i can provide any data u want.thanks for ur time.tczz
