who knows that how I can make zero voltage between null and earth?
is using an isolation and earth system a good idea?and how?

You join 'null' and 'earth' together with a short and heavy-gauge wire.

There are other approaches, but this is the most direct.

Sometimes you can't.  I worked on a jet engine test stand aith a massive concrete and rebar foundation.  It was the best ground on the base.  Everywhere else just flowed current to it.
