Could anyone advise me as to the best and quickest way of modeling spiral wrap that is used for tidying up wiring

RE: Spiral Wrap

Hello,

You can do it with a helical protrusion.  If you are planning to have it follow a curved wire path, it can become more complex and consume more resources.  For a straight path, model it so you can create a rectangle that represents the cross section of the wrap, and then use a steep enough pitch to create the sprial.
