LPG Unloading

LPG Unloading

LPG Unloading

(OP)
Hello dear colleagues,
The scenario is unloading of LPG from a cargo vessel(ship?)to several LPG Storage Tanks (bullets)at a distance of approx. 4,000meters.
- do we need a reheater and booster pump?
- do we need an Ethyl Mercaptan Injector?
- do we need a mixing tank?

Many thanks indeed.

RE: LPG Unloading

You will not get any useful answers with the information that you have provided.

Do you need a reheater?  I can't see why you would from the ship to the bullets.

Do you need a booster pump?  How the heck would anyone know?  Does the pipeline go 4000 m up a mountainside?  How big is the pipe?

Do you need a mercaptan injector?  How the heck would anyone know?  Is the LPG used for fuel?  Is it for petrochemical feedstock?

Do we need a mixing tank?  How the heck would anyone know?  Mixing what?  Mercaptan?  Flour and baking soda?
