Vibrating table used for concrete posts and Gravel boards

(OP)
Hi there, im new to this forum so sorry if ive posted in the wrong thread. :0)
Ill give you a bit of background info first. Part of my dads job involves fitting fences at present (about 80% of his business)as this has increased he has thought it would be worth making his own fencing supplies, therefore has asked my partner and brother to take on this task. We have everything ready, materials, the mould, equipment and somewhere to make them. However we have come abit stuck regarding the vibrating table. We decided it would be cheaper for a friend to make a table for us and we were given a couple of vibes. The issue is these vibes are 200hz 42v and we havent got a clue what power supply they go into, we believe we require a frequency transformer. I have spoken to a few suppliers but were talking 100's of pounds. the other option is two other vibes weve found on a selling site but were unaware of the vibrating force and vpm we will need for a concrete post. can anyone shed some light? thanks in advance.

RE: Vibrating table used for concrete posts and Gravel boards

Look up a company called VIBCO. They supply all types of vibrating equipment. We are doing the same thing, but making the post on a slip former, and using a vibration table for the boards.
