Liquid Waste Flaring in Refinery

Liquid Waste Flaring in Refinery

(OP)
how to calculate the air emissions for the liquid waste flaring in petroleum refinery.

Please share the air emisssion calculation methodology for the liquid waste flaring in petroleum refinery

RE: Liquid Waste Flaring in Refinery

I don't recall flaring any liquid waste. Light liquid waste accumulated in the flare knock-out drum and was recycled to a tower. Only in very upset conditions would any liquid make it up the flare stack. Perhaps plants with ground flares burn a significant amount of liquid.
