WHEN I OPEN UP AUTOCAD 2000I THE TODAY PAGE SAYS THAT INTERNET EXPLORER CAUSED AN ERROR. I HAVE NO ACCESS TO THE INTERNET FROM MY COMPUTER.  I USE TO WORK AND SHOW ME WHAT I HAD WORKED ON THE PREVIOUS DAY BUT NOW I CANT EVEN GO FILE NEW WITHOUT AN ERROR MESSAGE COMING UP.

RE: cad2000i has error on the opening page called today

The solution to this one was just published in the November issue of CADALYST.  Their solution: disable the AutoCAD Today by going to Tools\Options\Systems Tab\General Options area\Startup pull-down list and selecting the "Show traditional startup dialog" option.  They say it could be due to an incompatibility with IE 5.5, but there are other causes.  Good Luck!
