bonding procedure specification(BPS)

bonding procedure specification(BPS)

(OP)
Hi every one
I want to get a sample for our PQR in GRP piping which can support appropriately our Bonding Procedure Specification based on Asme B31.3 (non-metallic Part). but despite an obvious state like WPS which is referred to Asme sec IX, there is no obvious list of essential variable(except those specified in Asme B31.3; which doesn't seem to be comprehensive.) and also there is no tolerance on each variable. Therefore I request anyone to share relative experience and if anyone have any sample format of BPS it will be so nice to share.

Thanks in advance

RE: bonding procedure specification(BPS)

Generally, the definition of bonding procedures is left to the pipe manufacturer to develop since they should be at site to train and supervise fitters, bonders and inspectors.  Therefore, specific contents and variables tend to be manufacturer specific.
