NX Open print to file

NX Open print to file

(OP)
Is there any way using NXOpen to print to file (using an installed plotter, in my case an HPGL.  i.e. I don't want to generate a CGM or tiff file, I want to create an HPGL file which I can do manually using an installed plotter and printing to file)?

Thanks

RE: NX Open print to file

All the current plotting formats use CGM as intermediate format, i.e what you have on screen is first "cgm:ed", then formatted to whatever other format such as hpgl / postscript / etc.
- that is if you would use the plotting subfunction for your NXopen.
I assume that one can "NXopen the plotting" as well.

 Tomas
