Can anyone help me in design of Thrust Block for High pressure pipes.53BAr test pressure 400mm dia 90degree bend DI pies? Is it advisable to go for thrust blocks for this high pressure? Is there other alternative to resist the thrust force? Restrain Joints is an option. can anyone please share there experience in design the restrain joints.

While almost any piping component etc. might be made of steel or stainless steel, might I suggest the Pipeline, piping and fluid mechanics forum as much more appropriate and more active as well. So click the Inappropriate post? button and post the thread there.
