Middle Mouse Button and Navigation

Just a quick question,is there any way to make Catia navigation
with the middle mouse button work like NX.
Specifically zoom the model with the mouse wheel and rotate the model by pushing and holding the middle mouse button only for Rotate?
Thanks, Buddy.

Siemens NX or Unigraphics software CAD as in one of Catia's direct competitors as far as I am concerned. If you like Catia you find NX
a much more well thought-out interface in my opinion.I am not very impressed with Catia interface clumsy and awkward to get around, especially navigation and under tools options to set preferences
I can not drag the corner of the window to enlarge the size of the window.
Thanks Buddy.

RE: Middle Mouse Button and Navigation

As far as I've seen, there is not a way to change how Catia navigates, to make it similar to NX (or Pro/E for that matter). I would have chimed in earlier, but I was hoping I was wrong and someone else would reply. In any case, I have also not seen with Pro/E and NX a way to make it navigate like Catia - see, I learned on Catia and therefore the navigation method is preferrable for me.

My solution so far has been to use a SpacePilot. It navigates the same in all 3 programs; I only need to use the mouse when making fine adjustments.

Sorry I couldn't help you out though.
