We were just puchased by another company. Do we have to added the new companies name to our procedures? I know from what I read we don't have to requalify them but is there anything other than what I asked that we need to do?

Thanks I'm brain dead and stopped at QW-201 and didn't go to 201.1 for some reason I can't explain.

As a result of the purchase, will there be a name change? What Certificate of Authorization from the ASME do you possess? You may need to amend your ASME Quality Manual. Check with your AIA.
