Hi dears
Let me know what are the effective factors to determine the real- time of corrosion monitoring?
Is there any standard for this purpose?

that's right.
I administer the UT inspection for piping of chemical procedure, so I want to know how many months or years must be period of inspector?

It all depends on the process fluid and the pipe material. If you expect high corrosion rates, then you have to inspect quite regularly, to be able calculate the estimated remaining life of that pipe. Otherwise once a year or every two years. If minimal corrosion is expected, perhaps inspect at five years interval.
Again, if you need detailed help, you have to provide details of your chemicals, flow, temperature, pipe velocity, pipe size and materials.

Your opinion is completely right. Our chemical process is very variety. for example, according to design, a thickness of pipe is 5mm and corrosion allowance is 1.5mm. At first UT inspection that apply 4 years after start of process, the thickness of pipe is measured 4mm. Does it mean corrosion rate of pipe is approximately 0.25 mm/year?
when should I apply UT inspection again? or How frequency should I apply UT inspection?

No it doesn't; it means that 1 mm of pipe wall has been lost.  This 1 mm could have been lost over 4 years, or it could have been lost in the one month before the inspection!  You are entering the realms of risk based inspection (RBI) which is too big a subject to address on a forum such as this.
