Budgetary price for High voltage Buildings

Budgetary price for High voltage Buildings

Budgetary price for High voltage Buildings

(OP)
I am working on a study for a big plant and trying to find out the budgetary price for 72KV GIS Building. We have got the prices for 35KV GIS. Can someone here share the knowledge with me about the price difference between  72KV GIS building and 35KV GIS building of the same size? Thanks in advance.

RE: Budgetary price for High voltage Buildings

According to ABB Switchgear Manual the 50-72 kV GIS is 2.85*2.5 m [9.35*8.2 ft].
I don't know the dimensions of 35 kV GIS.
I used once a simply program to check a civil designer project cost.
If the building is about 16 ft*16ft*16ft single room without equipment, lighting and compressed air 62500 $ could be the price [including doors and windows] in U.S. $ [high voltage cable connection].This is the list of operations [approx.calc.]:
Digging            750
Concrete         36500
Light concrete    1130
Rebar            14000
Formwork          5350
Mortar            3570
Doors & windows   1200
         Total   62500
