Critical Pitting Temperatures Reference

Critical Pitting Temperatures Reference

(OP)
Hello all,

I have a lot of different materials on my LNG site, some of which im assessing for pitting corrosion. A lot of work has been put into determination of critical pitting temperatures for CRA materials and im wondering if there is a reference document available that outlines a CTP per alloy.
I realise there are various methods to determine CTP, but im only looking for a quick reference that gives ball park temperatures per alloy.

Does anyone know where this information can be found?

Regards,

RE: Critical Pitting Temperatures Reference

The alloy manufacturer's datasheet is the usual place to start.

Outokumpu Corrosion Handbook provides ample data on CTP for various CRA materials. Visit also their website.
