Automating ProE

Automating ProE

Automating ProE

(OP)
Hello,

I am working on several hundred models for various medical implants. We need to export 3-4 different .stl files for each part. One of the whole part, and various others with features suppressed. The models are fairly similar and I was curious if it would be possible to program a macro or batch file of some kind to automate this process.

Any advice for what to look into?

Josh

RE: Automating ProE

You could use a mapkey, which is like a macro, if your steps are repeatable across all files.
Next level up for programming would be a VBA program.
