Assuming D1.1, then refer to section 5.26.  No specific limitations on the number of repairs.  But 5.26.3 Engineer's Approval, will always be a tough one.  Good practice would be to qualify the number of repairs (N) first to ensure the weld quality after the N times of repair is acceptable.
