switchgear with Utility Transformer and Generator Infeed

(OP)
Recently I have come across a switchgear panel ( 415 volt , TPN+E) with generator infeed through a three pole breaker (ACB) and the switchgear has also provision for  a utility transformer infeed through another three pole breaker (ACB) . My doubt is
1.As and when in future the utility transformer is connected , even when its THREE POLE ACB ( utility transformer) is off - doesn't its neutral get connected to the neutral of generator ?
2.Will it create a problem ??
