I have new W-beam lintel sits on existing unreinforced masonry wall. reaction is 10 kip. What is allowable bearing stress for URM. Wall is 6in thick. Do i have to use same 0.25f'm.

RE: masonry stress

Bearing on the full area of the wall, if it is special inspected, then the answer is yes.

If it is not specially inspected, then you are only allowed half that value.  Sounds like you're in this range to me.
