Foamed Concrete vs. Polystyrene Blocks

Foamed Concrete vs. Polystyrene Blocks

Foamed Concrete vs. Polystyrene Blocks

Any idea about the cost of polystyrene blocks compared to foamed concrete?
Thanks

RE: Foamed Concrete vs. Polystyrene Blocks

In what application? Thickness?, insulating value?, dimensions?, permeability?, strength?

On a volume basis EPS foam is probably the lightest and cheapest in sheets or blocks. XPS is a very common readily available and is far superior for most applications.

Foamed concrete can have variable properties.
