Could anyone point me to the (european) standard way of dimensioning treadplate?
For thickness: thickness without/with treads?
For a bent part: dimensions with or without treads? (assuming a 1,5 mm tread, bending a sheet 2 times would make it 3mm wider then how it is drawn)

I've never heard of separate, specialized way of drawing thread plate.
Also, in my understanding, thread plate was usually part of stairways and other bulky objects built to fairly wide-open tolerances.
Nevertheless, if your application requires tight dimensional control, you can always resort to verbal notes like "MAX DIM INCL THREADS".
Notes are good way to clarify your design intent when standard symbology is not available.
But you actually intrigued me and I will follow this thread (pun not intended) with interest - maybe I will actually learn something.

I was planning on adding a note like you said. Just wanted to know if that was according to standards.
For the thickness of the plate, I did the following: 4/5,5
which is the way suppliers give the dimension.
Maybe I could do the same for overall dimensions e.g.: 100/103 or something like that.
I'll see what others say.

Very well.
For Expanded metal, which is another popular material for grating, they commonly specify "thickness", and "overall thickness" as material gets "fluffy"
Maybe this kind of terminology will help to clarify what you are trying to achieve.
And yes, I am very interested to see what others have to say.
