I selected the Directional  Valve  with following specifications is selected.
4WRL-E-NG27-V1-NG10-L-3X-G24-NO-KO/F1-M
Pressure Drop P= 10 bar
Max flow rate =85L/min    
Spool Diameter: 0.081 m (Pg-13 of pdf)
I just want to be sure if Spool Diameter is 0.081 m and how can i calculate the Max. Spool Displacement.
How to calculate Spool Overlaps or underlaps. I have searched the document and cant seem to find it. can someone please guide on how to calculate these values.

You would have to ask the manufacturer.  There is no way to devine the information you seek from the exterior dimensions of the valve package.  I believe the 81mm dimension to which you refer is one of the dimensions describing the outside size of the valve spool housing.
