Dilemma in NX7 with reading JT assemblies & NX components at once

Dilemma in NX7 with reading JT assemblies & NX components at once

(OP)
Have an interesting dilemma with NX and JT files.  Have a JT subassembly (which contains components at a specific revision), plus later revisions of some of the components modeled in NX.  When using load options, there is a prickly issue of NX7 attempting to treat the JT assembly totally like a NX assembly, and load the later revisions that are NX... and out of assembly space.

Over and above creating a 'Mono JT' (i.e. all parts in one file) and then saving it as a NX part file (to which all the JT Associative Bodies are locked in one NX file), is there any additional methods that I may not be aware of?
