LOOKING FOR A SOFTWARE FOR BRIDGE

LOOKING FOR A SOFTWARE FOR BRIDGE

LOOKING FOR A SOFTWARE FOR BRIDGE

(OP)
My company is searching for softwares for the design of precast segmental box girder bridge and curved box bridge. AASHTO code checks would be required.

Thanks for the suggestions!
Allen

RE: LOOKING FOR A SOFTWARE FOR BRIDGE

For precast, use LEAP Software - archaic, but good. For AASHTO design of bridges, try STAAD/Pro and or STAAD/Beava or SAP2000.

RE: LOOKING FOR A SOFTWARE FOR BRIDGE

You can use Geopak Bridge for AASHTO geometric checks, beam/deck modeling etc. For Structural design, you can refer FAQ507-231 by Qshake.
