SAP modeling- wall (shell) to steel angle (frame) connection

(OP)
Any suggestion on this? Thanks

I am using SAP to medel a wall with steel angle.
The vertical wall is modeled by sheel elements. The angle is parrell to wall, leg out, down. The horizontal leg tip is connected to wall.

For stiffness issue, I would like to model the angle at its real location (not at the wall CL). what are the options:

1. Model L CL at its true locations, use rigid link at I, J end to connect back to wall?
2. assign body restraints between frame end and wall joint? But graphically, the L is floating

3. use frame insertion point to offse the frame? will this work? How to find the Cardinal Point for L?

any adivce?
