Values to Use When Defining a Connection Property for Contact Elements

(OP)
Has anybody had any experience using contact elements?  If so, what property values do you set in this window from FEMAP where you have to define the connection property.  If you click on the NEi Nastran tab in the define connection property window there are cells which ask you about "Max Penetration", "Penalty Factor", "Max Adjustment Ratio", etc.. I am looking at modeling two plates bolted together using plate elements and I want to apply a pressure to the top plate.
