Does anyone have a copy of the Southern Building Code from the 1970's and 1980's?  Did the code require wind uplift loads on flat roofs?  We are reviewing an existing building and wondering if the roof joists were designed for uplift loads.  The building was constructed in stages from 1972 to 1984.
