XSec Question in WF4

XSec Question in WF4

XSec Question in WF4

(OP)
I am trying to place the cutting line ("arrows") in a drawing on a particular part and am having trouble doing so.

I created a xsec view in the view manager in the model and saved it as XSec "A".

When I go to place a new view in the drawing, I dont have a problem setting it up, and it does display the cross section, however it does not show the cutting line "A-A" arrow on the original part.

Not sure why and I dont think it has to do with my views. I have gone into show/erase dimmensions and tried showing everything on the part to see if that would bring it up to no avail.

Thanks for any help you could offer!

RE: XSec Question in WF4

Go to any view that is normal to the cutting plane, right click, then click 'add arrows'.
