Need CCT diagram for Hadfield steel

Need CCT diagram for Hadfield steel

Need CCT diagram for Hadfield steel

(OP)
as topic title really,
only one I have was one that a supplier xeroxed and faxed (multiple times, and not necessarily in that order) years ago to a collegue of mine, and when I asked him recently he (=supplier) mailed a scan of the same chart.

Preferably a readable copy, however everything better than a black blurred picture would be extremely helpful at this moment.

Also, I could use some help from soneone with Hadfield steel WPS experience.

My client's application is repair welding of railway switches (the pointed piece where the actual crossing happens, not the rails themselves).
The forming of precipitates hardens the steel, which causes cracks to form after welding, also because of the passing of the train wheels (hard pulsing force).

At this moment the welding is done using E 7200 elektrodes and (probably japanese bought and resold) innershield of which I am not sure of composition but which must contain around 15% Mn and about as much Cr.
At all times temperature should be kept under 200 degrees Celsius. (Handwarm at 10 cm from the weld).

All help much appreciated...

Thanks for that, it appears that the study suggests different buttering elektrodes than the ones they're using right now.

anyone else who has the CCT (or TTT) diagram for Hadfield?
