Looking for dendritic solidification video footage

Looking for dendritic solidification video footage

(OP)
I am looking for video footage that shows real-time dendritic solidification in metal (preferably in steel) for a documentary I am working on.  Does anyone know if such footage exists?  Or can anyone point me to a metallurgist expert who may have such footage?

I found two videos on YouTube.  One is a simulation video, but I am hoping to find a real-time video (not a simulation).   The second is a real-time video, but it appears to be copper (not steel).

Any help would be appreciated.  Thanks.
