(OP)
Trying to get the full path to display as part of the banner on an image capture. By default, the image banner only displays the part name.

For example, if I had catPart1 open, it would display catPart1.catPart, I would like it to display v:\engineering\companyName\JOB_NUM\LOT_NUM\REV_NUM\catPart1.catPart.

Its one of those things that seems like everyone would want, I just can't figure out how to do it. I tried all the obvious variable names I could think of, none of them worked. Any help would be appreciated.

RE: Full path of file on image capture banner

try:

Snapshot of $NAME - $DATE $TIME

This should put in the file location and name.
Additionally if you want to add a date or time you can add $DATE and/or $TIME
