I am designing a connection from a steel tank to a foundation in British Columbia and trying to determine forces from the tank to the foundation. The only code section I can find is Section 184.108.40.206 of the BCCode. This section is different than the typical ASCE loading which includes forces from the impulsive and convective components of the liquid. Does anyone have any suggestions?
