Produced Water Tank Blanket Gas Regulator Sizing

Produced Water Tank Blanket Gas Regulator Sizing

(OP)
Hello,

I am sizing out blanket gas regulator(s) for a production tank that will have a small percentage of crude but mostly produced water.  The blanket gas source is PUC grade natural gas.  My flow rate calc for sizing purposes is based on the expected rate of level change in the tank.  Please provide feedback or suggestions if I am on track or not.

I looked up reference data in the API 2000 and found some more helpful information based on production flow rate and tank size.  I think I am set.

Just make sure the tank won't implode if a cold rain shower falls on a tank that has been heated by the sun or by the contents.
