Hello all,

i'm working on improving my knowledge of safety properties.. can anyone recommend a decent reference book or training material that covers definitions of flash point, fire point, safety properties.. etc..

e.g. it is not covered in my physical chemsty uni books..but i'm strugging on amazon to find a usefull example..text

Vermont SIRI at http://hazard.com is really good, they also have a superb reference library for MSDS.

Oh, and for flash point, explosive limits, and stuff like that, go to the manufacturers' sites for intrinsically safe equipment

They'll have technical references that are really good.

NFPA has a lot of good books, too.
